Rethabile Sakoane – LMI Lesotho. Rethabile is a labour law and human rights practitioner by profession. She has extensive experience in industrial relations and labour law and is the Chief Executive Officer of her consultancy firm Tharollo in Lesotho. Rethabile joined LMI South Africa in December 2022 as a Licensee operating out of Lesotho, so that she can continue to grow her consultancy further to include her passion for enriching people’s lives. Succession planning, performance, and leadership/ management are her areas of impact.
